With a client base exceeding 300 enterprises, Contegris offers a diverse product suite including an Omni-Channel Contact Center Platform (Intellicon), Helpdesk, Sales CRM, Unified Communication, WhatsApp Business API, and AI-powered chatbots. We are currently looking for a motivated Associate Solution Engineer to join our team. This role acts as a crucial bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately understood and translated into effective IT and software solutions. The successful candidate will support client adoption through training, guidance, and hands-on assistance, while also contributing to internal documentation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into IT and software solutions without the necessity for deep coding expertise.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to clients to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of Contegris solutions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Manage client interactions professionally, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Quickly adapt to new systems and technologies, demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business & Information Technology (BBIT) or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT or software company, preferably in client-facing roles, software usage, or IT operations.
- Solid understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT systems.
- Familiarity with IT and software concepts such as databases, system integrations, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to gather and translate business requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking mindset.
- Confidence in delivering end-user training and providing ongoing client support.
- Effective time management skills and a proactive approach to ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or Contact Center solutions is advantageous.
- Experience working in SaaS or software product environments is a plus.
- Exposure to developing documentation, user guides, or training materials will be beneficial.
