About the Role

One of our clients is hiring experienced legal professionals to support two new AI research dataset projects in the Australian market. This role involves collecting, verifying, and organizing publicly available legal and financial documents to support internal testing and external demonstrations of advanced AI systems. Work is fully remote and asynchronous.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents following project guidelines
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials
• Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards
• Verify sources and ensure all data comes from public, verifiable platforms
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and meet all deadlines
• Maintain high-quality work in a remote, independent setting

Ideal Qualifications

• Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work in Tasmania
• Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document sources
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and time management for meeting deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
