We’re Hiring – Aviation Security Executive (Vigilance)

Locations: Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad 

Shift Pattern: Day & Night Shifts (or as required) 

Work Environment: Airside & Warehouses 

Salary: Market Competitive (based on experience & certifications) 

Qualifications & Experience

Education:. Bachelor’s Degree. Diploma in Security Management will be preferredExperience:. Minimum 7 years total experience. At least 3 years in Security function. Strong knowledge of security industry best practicesCertifications:. Corporate Security Courses preferred. Certification in Field Investigations / Intelligence preferred

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities.

Gather intelligence on potential threats to company and customer assets. Identify security gaps between acceptance and delivery of international cargo consignments. Maintain strong liaison with airport regulatory & security authorities (Customs, Airport Police, ASF, CAA Vigilance, ANF, airport security agencies, etc.). Verify identity credentials of staff and visitors. Monitor CCTV systems and staff/visitor in-out logs. Immediate reporting and response to security incidents with detailed findings and remedial actions. Conduct routine and surprise inspections of cargo consignments. Review and authenticate cargo delivery logs. Coordinate incident response and reporting. Investigate incidents at cargo warehouses / airport operational areas and conduct RCA. Ensure CCTV coverage of all critical areas (gates, perimeters, storage zones, docks). Test surveillance equipment regularly and retain video records as per legal and organizational requirements
