Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer, based in the Karachi Division. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and premises by monitoring and enforcing security protocols. Daily tasks include supervising access control, overseeing security staff, performing routine inspections, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications

 

• Strong understanding of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures
• Proficiency in monitoring and surveillance systems
• Ability to manage and lead security teams effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
• Physical fitness to perform routine inspections and respond to incidents as needed
• Ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division
