Full job description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible individual to manage banquet inventory and handle accounts-related tasks. The candidate must have strong organizational and financial management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor banquet inventory (stock in/out, reconciliation, reporting)
• Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and balance
• Handle accounts-related work including billing, expense tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate with operations and management for inventory planning
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inventory and accounts
• Qualification: B.Com
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and accounting principles
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work night shifts when required
