Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring smooth store operations, excellent customer service, regulatory compliance, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise, train, and support pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and safely.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, expiry dates, and controlled medicines.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor branch performance and work towards achieving operational and sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding staffing, inventory, performance, and operational matters.
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
