Brand & Operations Coordinator

Hands-on coordinator to manage our marketing, online sales, and wholesale branding operations

• Supervise our freelance social media manager and ensure content goes live on time and on-brand
• Coordinate and oversee Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and report on performance
• Process and dispatch online orders (Daraz & website) and handle customer queries and returns
• Deliver marketing materials and install signage at wholesale partner locations
• Screen incoming calls and forward sales inquiries to the relevant team
• Manage supplier and vendor coordination for branding materials
• Represent the brand at occasional exhibitions and trade shows
