Job Overview

Sustainable Energy Engineering (SEE) is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting internal teams, following up on ongoing tasks, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with different departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, tasks, and assignments.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams when required.
• Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist management in day-to-day operational matters.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
• Ensure company procedures and operational processes are properly followed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry will be an advantage.
