Brand Outreach Specialist

Ecom Era, a full-service Amazon agency, is on the hunt for a Brand Outreach Specialist to help us expand our wholesale network in the U.S. by contacting brands and distributors and opening new accounts.

About the Role
As our Outreach Specialist, you’ll:

• Contact U.S.-based brands and distributors by phone and email.
• Convince them to work with us by clearly communicating the benefits of partnering with a top-tier Amazon seller.
• Collect and submit necessary account setup documents.
• Maintain a tracker of outreach efforts, follow-ups, and account status.
• Collaborate with our Amazon account management team for smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English (U.S. accent a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or Amazon wholesale is a big advantage.
• Confidence and persistence in handling objections.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
