About the job:
The Business Analysis Excellence Specialist supports the definition, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices across the organization.
The role is responsible for reviewing analysis deliverables against established standards, supporting the implementation of BA methodologies and templates, monitoring adoption across projects, and providing visibility into analysis quality and compliance. Working closely with the BA Excellence Manager, the role helps ensure consistent and high-quality analysis practices across all products, projects, and regions.

What you will be doing:
1. Business Analysis Governance & Standards

Support the definition, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Business Analysis methodologies, templates, standards, and guidance materials.
Maintain BA process documentation, standards repositories, and knowledge assets.
Support the rollout and adoption of new BA practices across delivery teams.
2. Analysis Deliverable Reviews

Review analysis deliverables (e.g., SSDs, Analysis Management Plans, requirements documentation) against established standards and templates.
Evaluate deliverables for:
Template compliance
Requirement quality and clarity
Traceability
Consistency and completeness
Alignment with defined standards
Provide quality feedback and improvement recommendations to project teams.
Contribute to the quality scoring and assessment of analysis deliverables.
3. Adoption & Compliance Monitoring

Track adoption of BA methodologies, templates, and standards across projects.
Monitor implementation of analysis governance practices and identify recurring gaps.
Maintain quality metrics, review findings, and adoption reports.
4. AI-Assisted Analysis Practices

Support the adoption of AI-assisted analysis practices and approved BA AI use cases.
Collect, maintain, and share best practices related to AI usage in Business Analysis.
Monitor adoption and provide feedback on AI-supported analysis techniques.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare reports and dashboards related to analysis quality and adoption.
Support root-cause analysis of recurring findings.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and methodology updates.
6. Capability Development Support

Support BA onboarding and readiness programs.
Assist in developing learning materials, examples, and guidance documents.
Contribute to Communities of Practice and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of Business Analysis experience in software delivery environments.
Familiarity with requirements management, analysis documentation, and SDLC concepts.
Exposure to Business Analysis standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
IIBA ECBA certification is preferred.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools.
Strong documentation review and quality assessment skills.
Interest in AI-assisted analysis tools and modern analysis practices.
Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech experience is a plus.
