Job Position - Business Analyst / Project Coordinator


 

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with Project Coordination experience to support the planning, delivery, and implementation of software and business projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, coordinate project activities, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.


 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories

• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder discussions

• Support UAT and post-deployment implementation

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams


 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Experience working on software/IT projects in Agile environments

• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills


 

Tools & Skills (Preferred):

Jira, Confluence, Trello/Asana, Visio/Lucidchart, SDLC, Agile/Scrum
