We are looking for dedicated individual to join our team as Call Center Officer. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promptly managing and resolving customer queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will assist customers with investment solutions and must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions.
• Flexible to work in different shifts (24/7).
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience: 1 year of experience related field, preferably Financial / Mutual Funds Industry.
