Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Karachi. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also input data, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and information.
Qualifications
· Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
· Strong Interpersonal Skills
· Proficient in Computer Literacy
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
