Job Summary

Qist Bazaar is looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain service quality and achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts, if required.
