Cold Calling Appointment Setter Required

Location: Block 3, Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 12 AM – 8 PM, 5 days a week on rotational shifts

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

We are hiring a dedicated and confident Cold Calling Appointment Setter to join our team. You do not need prior experience in our specific industry, but you must have at least 6 months of telesales or cold calling experience. If you can initiate calls, handle objections professionally, and secure appointments consistently, you are the right fit for this role.

What you will do:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Introduce the company’s services using a structured script
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain a consistent follow-up routine
• Update CRM or internal sheets with call notes and appointment details
• Communicate clearly and professionally at all times

What you will NOT do:

• No closing or selling — your job is only to set appointments
• No fieldwork or in-person visits
• No dealing with complex client negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of cold calling / telesales experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent English is required; Urdu/Hindi proficiency is a strong advantage
• Consistent, disciplined work ethic
• Basic CRM or spreadsheet handling skills is a plus
