Catalogue and Pricing Executive

Pricing Analysis:

- Each product pricing comparison within vendors, competitors

- Figuring out the best vendor’s offering lower prices.

- Suggesting suitable pricing for each SKU for customers to increase sales and revenue.

- Fixing of Incorrect / over-priced SKUs by vendor

- Identifying irrelevant products.

- Identifying and mapping incorrect CNET categories.

Catalog Operations:

- Review the product SKUs, keywords, all item attributes, etc.

- Sorting of Product SKUs with incomplete information.

- Uploading images of each item in a specified format from CNET (where available) into the System and if not available then manual search and upload.

- Adding missing information in product SKUs.

- Perform corrections / updates on the over-priced items based on the research provided by the Pricing Analysis Team.

- Reporting will be done on fortnightly basis or on request

EOL / Discontinued:

- Identifying discontinued / End of Life items from the catalog feed.

- Reporting will be done on monthly basis or on request.

Reporting and Analysis

- Creating frequently business performance reports using Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. (Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, Yearly)

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the stakeholders

- Implements and manages reports and dashboards ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business

- Evaluating and identifying the system weaknesses and work closely with the software development team in implementations of the system.

Skills Required:

- Candidate must have Excellent Communication Skills.

- Data analytical skills and should be able to handle large and complex data.

- Advanced MS Excel expertise.

- Must be able to search effectively. Knowledge of the online search mechanism is required, but not compulsory.

- Good with numbers.

Added advantage

Experience in E-commerce, Online sales and marketing businesses, SEO, Data Entry, ERP Management is a plus point.

Qualification: Bachelors degree.
