Days & Timings: Monday-Saturday (10:00 A.M.- 06:30 P.M.)

Location: Shaheed e Millat Road, Karachi, Pakistan

Overview:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage last-mile deliveries, coordinate with couriers, ensure on-time parcel delivery, handle inbound shipments, and oversee warehouse operations. If you have strong Excel skills, excellent communication (verbal & written), and experience in e-commerce operations, this role is for you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Last-Mile Coordination – Follow up with couriers to ensure on-time parcel deliveries.
Customer Follow-ups – Confirm deliveries and address any delivery-related concerns.
Warehouse Management – Maintain inventory, organize stock, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Order Processing – Ensure efficient order fulfillment and dispatch process.
Data Management – Track & update order and delivery statuses using Excel and Google Sheet
Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in order fulfillment & warehouse operations.
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce & Operations
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheet for data management.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to multitask & manage fast-paced daily operations.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
