We're looking for a Channel & Partnership Manager to join Ailytics and build out our partner ecosystem from the ground up. This is a dedicated role for someone who understands how to identify the right partners and turn early conversations into lasting, productive relationships. If you already have a strong network in the industry, this is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Establish suitable channel partners in target markets, including system integrators, VMS and camera resellers, distributors, and technology partners globally.
• Own the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, co-selling, ongoing management, and growth.
• Build and own partner enablement and training, including certification programs, sales kits, demo environments, and pricing.
• Maintain warm, productive, and growing partner relationships, supported by regular performance reviews.
• Represent Ailytics at industry events and partner engagements as needed.

Our Ideal Requirements

• Prior experience in channel or partnership development, ideally in security, VMS, camera, or related B2B technology spaces.
• An existing network or the knowledge of relevant connections is a huge plus
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and self-driven work environment; comfortable building a partner program without existing frameworks
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the discipline to keep partners engaged over the long run.
