EcoFinitive Ltd is seeking a skilled Chat-Based Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This position requires working the 6 PM to 1 AM shift at our Block N North Nazimabad Karachi office. The ideal candidate possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and demonstrates strong expertise in managing sales through digital communication platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Twitter, and Blue Sky. This role demands effective written communication, thorough product knowledge, and proven skills in sales closing techniques and lead management. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products, generating sales leads utilizing social media platforms, and driving overall sales growth within our innovative company. In this role, the Sales Executive will manage a small team of two persons, overseeing their sales activities to ensure high performance and goal achievement. The candidate must be adept at lead qualification and lead closing while maintaining a customer-focused approach in fast-paced, chat-based interactions. Familiarity with live chat tools, Twitch platform knowledge, and sales generation strategies on Twitter and Blue Sky platforms is essential. Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct sales activities primarily through live chat channels including Discord, Twitch, Twitter, and Blue Sky platforms.
  • Effectively qualify leads to ensure focus on high-potential sales opportunities.
  • Apply strong sales closing techniques to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Generate and track sales leads through Twitter and Blue Sky platforms using targeted outreach methods.
  • Manage a team of two sales associates, guiding their daily sales activities and providing performance feedback.
  • Monitor team members’ progress and support them in meeting individual and collective sales targets.
  • Ensure clear, concise, and effective written communication in all customer interactions to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met and sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
