Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Sales Representative to engage with customers through live chat, answer inquiries, provide product information, and drive sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, messaging platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
  • Handle customer concerns, objections, and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company offerings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, chat support, telesales, or online sales preferred.
  • Strong written communication and typing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
