Customer Support Executive (Inbound) – Arabic Speaker

Location: NASTP Silicon Valley 1, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Inbound) – Arabic Speaker to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and chats in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will resolve customer inquiries, address concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Deliver professional customer support in Arabic and English.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Follow company policies and customer service procedures.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or inbound support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
