Role: Fractional Chief Administration Officer

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning company-wide administrative strategy and aligning internal operational functions.
  • Defining and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Building and optimizing scalable administrative processes for day-to-day operations.
  • Overseeing vendor management and procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
  • Leading facilities management (if applicable in a remote/hybrid context), ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Managing internal communications channels to foster effective information flow.
  • Identifying and implementing administrative technology solutions to improve productivity.
  • Ensuring administrative compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Supporting executive team operations and contributing to strategic initiatives.


 

Key qualities should include:

  • Experience in administrative, operational, or executive leadership roles.
  • Proven track record scaling administrative functions from early stage to growth/expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset for driving operational improvements.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, financial management principles, and compliance.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience across various internal departments.
  • Comfortable working with founders, executive teams, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in fractional, interim, or advisory leadership a strong plus.
