Atee & Co is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee deliveries and inventory management within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will manage a team of five personnel, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires expert knowledge in inventory management, logistics management, and warehouse operations to maintain accurate stock records and coordinate all activities related to material storage, dispatch, and receipt. The Factory Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of stock levels, fostering collaboration between purchase and sales departments, and upholding high standards of warehouse safety and cleanliness. The candidate will bring at least seven years of experience and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. Using proficiency in inventory software and MS Excel, the Factory Manager will conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare thorough inventory and warehouse reports. This role demands an individual who works independently while effectively managing warehouse activities and leading a team to meet the companys logistical demands in Karachi. The position is suitable for someone with intermediate to graduate-level qualifications who thrives in a dynamic warehouse management setting.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage daily warehouse and factory delivery operations to ensure efficient stock movement and timely dispatch.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of five warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and productivity in all warehouse functions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records by monitoring receipts, dispatches, and internal transfers.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and perform systematic reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of all materials and products to prevent damage or loss.
  • Prepare detailed inventory and warehouse performance reports for senior management review and decision-making.
  • Coordinate activities between purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to streamline stock flow and meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards to comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Utilize inventory management software and MS Excel to track stock levels and generate precise reports.
  • Develop and enforce operational procedures to optimize warehouse workflows and enhance inventory control.
  • Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with stock maintenance and warehouse operational standards.
  • Address and troubleshoot warehouse issues promptly to prevent disruptions in the delivery and inventory process.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff on effective inventory management and delivery best practices.
  • Monitor logistics activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments, to guarantee on-time deliveries.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast inventory needs and plan resource allocation efficiently.
