About the Role

You will develop, edit, and refine Chinese-language scripts tailored to various genres including entertainment, education, and promotional content.

Working closely with content creators, directors, and production teams, you will ensure scripts align with project objectives, resonate with target audiences, and meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Script Development & Storytelling

• Create engaging Chinese scripts for video, audio, and digital platforms
• Adapt tone and structure for different genres and formats
• Incorporate contemporary themes and culturally relevant references

Editing & Quality Control

• Edit and refine scripts for clarity, coherence, and audience engagement
• Ensure linguistic accuracy, grammar precision, and stylistic consistency
• Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication

Collaboration & Research

• Collaborate with creative and production teams to align with project goals
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy and topical relevance
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and meet production deadlines

Project Management

• Manage multiple scripting projects simultaneously
• Maintain organized documentation and version control

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Chinese scriptwriting with a strong portfolio
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Chinese
• Advanced command of grammar, vocabulary, and colloquial expressions
• Strong storytelling ability and creative mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience writing for film, television, or digital media
