Social Media Manager And Content Creator

Soft Stallions is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager And Content Creator with a minimum of five years of experience to develop and implement compelling social media strategies that enhance brand recognition and engagement. This role focuses on managing the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms, creating high-quality content aligned with brand objectives using the Adobe Creative Suite, and maintaining consistency in brand messaging. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills in English and demonstrates a strong ability to adapt content for diverse audiences while effectively promoting the company’s values and initiatives. This position does not include team management duties, allowing for concentrated efforts on personal creativity and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
 

• Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, posts) for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility
• Maintain and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align content with brand goals
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist with mid-level graphic design, editing, and media production tasks

Respond to customer inquiries and engagement on social media when required

Requirements:
 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and/or digital marketing
• Proficient in using graphic and digital marketing tools and social media management platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, online advertising (Meta, Google Ads), and email marketing
• Creative thinker with excellent photography and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in the tech, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry is a plus
