The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive Client Relations Specialist with a passion for clinical research. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our clinical research sites and Sponsors/CROs, driving sponsor satisfaction and contributing to our business growth. Whether you’re an experienced professional or a fresh graduate with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Build & Maintain Relationships: Be the strategic point of contact for Sponsors/CROs, nurturing existing partnerships and forging new ones.
Manage Documentation: Oversee study-related documents (feasibility questionnaires, CDAs, investigator CVs, regulatory submissions) to ensure smooth, efficient processes.
Coordinate Clinical Activities: Schedule Pre-Study Visits (PSVs) and help sites adhere to study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Lead Negotiations & Communications: Work collaboratively on budgets, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clear and effective client communication.
Identify New Opportunities: Leverage your sales aptitude to discover and engage potential Sponsors/CROs.
Data Management: Maintain and update Clinosis’ database, tracking site information, contracts, and client interactions.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in business relationship management, clinical trials, SMO/CRO work, or site management is a plus—but if you’re a fresh graduate with exceptional skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Skills:

Excellent English communication (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
Effective time management and organizational skills.

What We Offer

Flexible Work Arrangements:
Female Staff: On-site hours from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM plus 2 hours remote daily.
General: On-site hours from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
