Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients/customers
• Introduce company products/services professionally
• Generate leads and schedule appointments
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Previous experience in cold calling/telemarketing preferred
• Ability to handle objections confidently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented mindset
