Community Welfare Officer – NGO & Social Work

🌟 What You'll Do:

Conduct community outreach and case assessments to support individuals and families.
Provide counseling and assistance to marginalized communities.
Develop and implement social welfare programs in collaboration with NGOs and public sectors.
Connect beneficiaries with education, healthcare, and financial aid services.
Organize awareness campaigns, training, and workshops on social issues.
Document progress, maintain reports, and evaluate program effectiveness.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.

✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in NGOs, humanitarian aid, or social work (fresh graduates welcome!).

✔️ Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

✔️ Language: Fluency in English (Urdu or Punjabi a plus).
