About the RoleNo Cold Calling — Work with Warm Leads & Existing Customers

This role is focused entirely on warm leads and existing US-based customers. You will not be required to make traditional cold calls.

Your responsibility will be to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, build strong customer relationships, and convert genuine sales opportunities while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with warm leads and existing US customers in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements.
Build customer trust and maintain strong relationships through effective communication.
Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM software.
Guide customers through a smooth and professional sales process from initial interaction to successful completion.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a customer-first approach while consistently achieving business objectives.

6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Important Information

This is a permanent, on-site position with fixed evening/night working hours.

Please note:

Morning shifts are not available.
Rotational shifts are not available.
Remote or work-from-home options are not available.
Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable working one of the specified shifts.
Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Monthly Salary: PKR 45,000–55,000
Uncapped Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Punctuality Bonus: PKR 3,000 per month
Transportation: Company-provided transportation on selected nearby routes for female employees
Fully Paid Training: Training provided from Day One
Continuous Coaching & Mentorship: Ongoing professional guidance and development
