The ideal candidate is proficient in operating system management and is capable of efficiently handling daily computer operations to support business activities. This role involves managing a team of 20 persons, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. In this position, the Computer Operator is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems and hardware. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a team of 20 computer operators, ensuring efficient task allocation and workflow management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain system security by following company policies and implementing necessary safeguards.
• Perform regular backups and recovery operations to protect vital information.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to system operation and issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to support IT needs and improve system usage.
• Train and support team members to enhance their technical skills and efficiency.
• Implement and update standard operating procedures to ensure consistent system management.
• Monitor system resource utilization and recommend upgrades or optimizations when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements related to IT operations.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Provide timely reports on system status, issues, and resolutions to management.
