Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative *Head of Content* to lead our content strategy and execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, content writing, content production, team building, and hiring content professionals. This role requires someone who can both lead a team and actively create high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms.
• Write, edit, and review content including blogs, social media, website copy, scripts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Lead end-to-end content production, from ideation and planning to publishing.
• Hire, mentor, and manage content writers, creators, editors, and producers.
• Build and scale a high-performing content team.
• Ensure content maintains brand voice, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies using data and insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, AI tools, and emerging content formats.
• Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, content writing, and content production.
• Proven experience leading and hiring content teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original content creation across multiple formats.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing content calendars and production workflows.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with AI-powered content tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
