Agay Barho is seeking a detail-oriented Content Writer to join the Client Support & Operations team. This role involves managing client communication, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records utilizing CRM systems. The ideal candidate is responsible for responding promptly to client queries, verifying order details, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless operational flow. The Content Writer will review and edit submitted content adhering to internal guidelines and AI tools to maintain quality standards. With at least two years of experience, the candidate must demonstrate strong written English, attention to detail, and the ability to work reliably in a structured environment. This position does not include managing a team but requires discipline and responsiveness during working hours. The Content Writer contributes significantly to the content creation process by ensuring that all editorial materials meet the companys standards and client expectations. They play a critical role in tracking order status, handling payment follow-ups, and escalating any unclear or non-compliant requests to appropriate internal teams. This position demands excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills alongside expertise in content strategy and search engine optimization to enhance content effectiveness across social media channels and other platforms.
Responsibilities
 

  • Respond to client queries via WhatsApp or CRM platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Collect, verify, and update order details accurately from clients to maintain workflow integrity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or Google Sheets to track order status effectively.
  • Review and edit submitted content using company guidelines and AI-based tools to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors to facilitate timely and accurate order processing.
  • Monitor and track payments, following up with clients to resolve any outstanding balances.
  • Ensure all content orders and related processes are completed accurately and within designated timelines.
  • Escalate unclear, incomplete, or non-compliant requests to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of reliability and discipline.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance content quality and process efficiency.
