Role Overview

We are hiring an On-Site Content Creator to create short-form and long-form content for our three U.S based company brands. This role requires strong filming, editing, writing, and on-camera skills. The candidate must be comfortable being the face of the content, writing scripts, and turning ideas into polished videos with strong visual storytelling.

The candidate must be comfortable working on-site, filming people, appearing on camera, editing videos, and supporting daily marketing needs. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is creative, confident, dependable, and easy to work with. They can write, film, appear on camera, edit, and turn ideas into polished content without needing constant follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form and long-form video content for three brands.
• Appear on camera and be the face of selected content.
• Film content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Create tutorials, storytelling videos, office content, campaign videos, and trend-based content.
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and content outlines.
• Use visual storytelling to make content clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional editing software.
• Color grade footage and maintain a clean, polished visual style.
• Add captions, music, transitions, graphics, and sound where needed.
• Help with lighting, framing, audio, and shoot setup.
• Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports.
• Support posting, scheduling, and basic marketing tasks when needed.

Required Skills

• Must have 3+ years of Content Creation
• Comfortable being on camera.
• Strong grasp of the English language.
• Ability to write scripts for social media and brand content.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Ability to color grade footage.
• Experience creating short-form and long-form content.
• Strong understanding of social media formats and trends.
• Good eye for visuals, pacing, and storytelling.
• Comfortable filming people in an office setting.
• Organized, reliable, and open to feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CapCut experience.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience with B2B, staffing, healthcare, technology, or professional services content.
