Content Creator & Video Editor (Reels, Vlogs, Social Media)

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to join our team and help showcase our work, products, and team through engaging short-form videos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing dynamic reels, mini vlogs, and product demos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role requires a strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to adapt them to align with our brand identity. The candidate should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining a consistent posting schedule while managing both raw and edited footage efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and shoot short-form videos, reels, and mini vlogs that highlight our products, services, and team culture.
- Edit videos with precision, incorporating clean cuts, captions, music, transitions, and on-screen text to enhance viewer engagement.
- Create tailored content for multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Record product demonstrations, printing process videos, and other customer-facing content to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and creatively adapt them to fit our brand’s voice and style.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure regular content delivery and organize all raw and edited footage systematically.
- Propose new content ideas and formats regularly to keep the content fresh and engaging.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and content creation, supported by a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in at least one video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone and/or camera, with a strong eye for lighting, framing, and composition.
- Solid understanding of short-form video trends, particularly on Reels and TikTok.
- Ability to appear on camera or provide voiceovers is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop are advantageous.
- Experience creating content for product-based or B2B businesses will be considered a plus.
- Ownership of personal filming equipment such as microphones, gimbals, and lighting gear is desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 based on experience and skills.
- This position requires working on-site to collaborate closely with the team and access necessary resources.
