Agay Barho is seeking a dedicated Content Review & Client Support Executive with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The individual in this role is responsible for managing comprehensive client communication, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems. This position demands a professional who excels at writing and publishing press releases to multiple media and news outlets, thereby enhancing brand visibility, credibility, and market presence for our clients. The Executive actively supports businesses in gaining online authority and exposure through effective media coverage and ensures all content meets internal quality standards by reviewing and editing submissions using guidelines and AI tools. This role requires strong communication and organizational abilities to respond promptly to client queries, coordinate with internal departments, and track payments to facilitate smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate maintains attention to detail in all tasks within a structured and repetitive environment, demonstrating reliability and responsiveness during working hours. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it encompasses significant responsibility in maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence for Agay Barho.
Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly to client queries using WhatsApp or CRM platforms, ensuring high-quality customer service and clear communication.
  • Collect, verify, and accurately record detailed order information while maintaining data integrity in CRM systems or Google Sheets.
  • Update and monitor order statuses to provide real-time tracking and maintain transparency with clients.
  • Review, edit, and approve submitted content according to internal guidelines and utilize AI tools to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Track and follow up on payments, ensuring timely collection and resolving payment-related issues with clients.
  • Ensure all orders are processed with precision and delivered within specified timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Identify and escalate unclear, non-compliant, or problematic requests to appropriate departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions, orders, and client communications to ensure operational consistency.
  • Write and publish professional press releases on multiple media and news websites to increase brand visibility and contribute to establishing clients as credible and trusted entities in their markets.
