CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT MANAGER

Color Studio is Pakistan's leading Beauty Brand and we are hiring a Content and Social Media Assistant Manager that is tech savy, an avid blogger/video creator who can craft social media campaigns for cosmetics and skin care products.

The role requires managing social media, community building on platforms like TIKTOK, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, SNAPCHAT and be able to create high engagement videos and content suited for premium beauty and skincare products.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in digital marketing or certifications with minimum 2 years experience working on agency or brand side crafting creative social media campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with ecommerce and design department and Marketing Manager, be able to document all meetings and tasks effeciently and effectively on google sheets and other reporting tools to track all tasks and implement campaigns working with the creative and design department.

We have a large number of social media influencers we work with. Your job will be to build and work further with the influencer community to have content developed at scale.

Co ordinate videos with influencers, negotiate contracts as per management directive, build budgets under the supervision of management. Lead and execute the campaigns for online and in retail with influencers to create cohesive campaigns across the digital and retail.

Prepare and manage the content and brand marketing calendar

Ensure accuracy of content, product descriptions, images and videos on the various platforms and on Color Studio website.

Maintain product photo and video library and be able to do basic editing with captions

Design skills required: CANVA, PHOTOSHOP, AI TOOLS

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
