We Are Hiring: Country Head – Sales (FMCG Division)

NASA Chemicals is seeking a high-performing Country Head – Sales (Lubricant/ FMCG Division) to lead nationwide sales strategy, execution, and growth. This role requires a strong leader with deep FMCG expertise and the ability to drive performance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall sales growth and revenue targets at a national level
• Lead and manage regional/zonal sales teams to ensure target achievement
• Expand and strengthen the distribution network across key markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales forecasting, planning, and execution
• Align closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product availability and market execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• 10–15 years of FMCG sales experience, including 4–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong exposure to national sales operations and distribution management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to deliver results in a competitive environment
