MARS BPO is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join their team as International Sales Representatives at their Saddar, Karachi location. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with international customers primarily in English, explaining products and services, handling objections, following up on leads, and closing sales. The position requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Candidates with prior experience in international call centers, telesales, telemarketing, or sales are preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent spoken English are also encouraged to apply. The compensation package includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses, offering uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and effectively with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain product features and services while addressing any customer concerns.
- Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and a goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work the designated night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred but not mandatory.
