SOGO Group of Companies – SOGO Home Store is looking for an energetic individual who can effectively engage with customers across digital platforms, convert enquiries into sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide timely updates regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Build positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain records of enquiries, sales activities, and conversion performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or online customer engagement.
• Excellent written communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building abilities.
• Target-orientated mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
