Customer Relations Executive

Location: Bahadurabad / Tariq Road, Karachi
Salary: PKR 32,000 (Fixed)
Timings: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and extroverted Customer Relations Executive to join our team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
• Extrovert who enjoys interacting with people.
• Ability to warmly welcome and engage clients.
• Must be comfortable asking clients for feedback after their visit.
• Customer service or front desk experience will be an advantage (Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients professionally.
• Ensure every client has a positive experience.
• Collect customer feedback after services.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Bahadurabad, Tariq Road, PECHS, or nearby areas will be preferred.
