Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Representative to manage our Instagram communications, research influencers, and handle client bookings during the night shift. If you're organized, responsive, and familiar with social media trends, this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to messages on Instagram promptly and professionally
• Engage with followers and potential clients to build trust and encourage bookings
• Research influencers that meet our company’s specific criteria
• Maintain a well-organized database of influencer contacts and outreach progress
• Initiate communication with selected influencers and coordinate collaborations
• Handle client inquiries and confirm bookings efficiently
• Keep accurate records of conversations, leads, and booked appointments

Requirements:

• Excellent written English communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (9 PM – 5 AM PKT)
• Strong familiarity with Instagram and influencer culture
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Ability to follow brand tone and communication style
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
