Front Sell Trainees

We are looking for energetic and motivated Front Sell Trainees to join our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh candidates who are eager to learn sales, customer handling, and retail operations. The trainee will receive hands-on training in customer interaction, product presentation, and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the front sales counter or showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
• Keep product displays clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Handle basic inquiries and guide customers properly
• Learn and follow company sales procedures and standards
• Communicate effectively with customers in English language

Requirements:

• Fresh or up to 1 year of experience (training will be provided)
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong English speaking and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision
• Willingness to work in night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)

Pay: Rs12,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
