  • Respond to customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Track vehicle and provide timely status updates to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution within defined service levels.
  • Register, monitor, and close customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned departments and follow up until closure.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer service standards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
