As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our US Operations team as Customer Support Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound interactions with US-based customers
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems and internal platforms
  • Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Provide a positive, solution-focused experience during every interaction
  • Meet service quality standards while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates should have:

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfortable typing skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • A professional, patient, and customer-centric attitude
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
  • The ability to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi

No previous experience is required. Full training and continuous support will be provided from day one.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary between PKR 30,000 and PKR 40,000

Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
