Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Male and Female Call Center Representative to join our team at Telogix (PVT) Limited in Karachi. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls
Resolving customer inquiries
Maintaining customer satisfaction
You will utilize your exceptional interpersonal skills and computer literacy to provide quality customer support.
Qualifications
BSCS, BBA, MBA, BA, MA or equivalent degree
Required Skills
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support experience
Excellent customer satisfaction skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer literacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Preferred Candidates
Candidates living near DHA, Karachi will be given preference
