Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Address customer needs with personalized solutions that ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with clients through proactive service and ongoing support.
Service Promotion: Effectively communicate ABS International’s services to enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Create WOW Moments: Go above and beyond to provide exceptional experiences that leave a positive and lasting impression on customers.

Job Requirements:
Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We encourage candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for learning.
English Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English to engage international customers effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities to handle inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and customer service tools is a plus.
