Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media (order status, product info, returns, refunds, etc.)
  • Resolve issues with empathy, accuracy, and in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed customer records and issue logs
  • Process and monitor orders, exchanges, and returns through our eCommerce platform ( Shopify)
  • Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel (sales, order issues, returns, etc.)
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice entry, payment tracking, and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with warehouse, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support promotional campaigns by managing customer expectations and communication

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in a customer support or admin/accounts role (eCommerce/fashion industry a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, pivot tables, data entry)
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting (experience with invoicing, payment tracking, etc.)
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and support tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
