About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Global Client Relations Specialist to join our Karachi team. This key role is responsible for delivering exceptional support to our international clients while ensuring a seamless, professional experience at every touchpoint.

This position is ideal for proactive individuals with excellent communication skills who are motivated to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment. Both fresh graduates and professionals with prior client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Multichannel Client Support: Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Issue Resolution: Take ownership of client concerns and provide effective, well-informed solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a consistent client experience.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Performance Standards: Meet and exceed service quality benchmarks while contributing to team-wide objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English for engaging with international clients.
• Technical Competence: Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and able to adapt quickly to new digital tools.
• Adaptability & Proactivity: Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and excel.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or client relations is advantageous but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule

• Shifts:
• Day: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PKT)
• Night: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
