Customer Service Representative - Travel & Tour

About the job

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit institution/Businesses to introduce and promote international tours and travel packages.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding tour packages, itineraries, pricing, bookings, and travel requirements.
• Promote and sell Europe tour packages to individual and group customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and travel partners.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional languages will be preferred).
• Well-dressed, presentable, courteous, and professional personality.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and sales skills.Can presented a video or seminar in an event or corporate gatherings.
• Experience of 2-3 years in an international tour or travel company will be preferred.
• Education Bachelors in relevant field.
• Knowledge of international tours, particularly Europe, will be an advantage.
