Job Overview

Gulf Star Services is seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Ticketing & Tour Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing, hotel reservations, tour packages, and customized travel arrangements, along with excellent customer service, coordination, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight inquiries, fare quotations, reservations, and ticket issuance.
• Arrange hotel bookings, tour packages, and customized travel itineraries according to clients’ requirements.
• Manage ticket reissuance, flight changes, cancellations, refund requests, and other booking-related matters.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and online booking platforms.
• Provide clients with suitable travel options, pricing, itinerary details, and professional guidance.
• Follow up on inquiries, manage leads, and convert prospective customers into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records, payment details, and travel documentation.
• Provide timely customer support and resolve booking-related issues professionally.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and tour arrangements.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, sales, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple bookings, and meet business targets.
